Associating retail selling prices

It is possible to associate retail selling prices (PVPs) to specific items or customers. First, you must configure the PVP's before making this association. During the sales process, this feature allows the software to automatically suggest the default values.

To associate the retail selling prices, follow these steps:

Setting up discounts

It is possible to configure discounts by customer or specify them manually on the invoice. There are three different ways to make this association:

• Associating Discount to a Customer: you can define a discount on the customer file, that will be automatically applied in all sales performed to that entity;
• Associating Price List to Item: you can define different price lists for the same item, that presents different values according to the unit (for example, box of 1 units);
• Defining Discount on the Invoice: when issuing the sales document, you can define a general discount or apply different discounts on the item rows, and there are three successive discounts available per document row. The discount can be specified on the document header or row level.
