Using the Receipts and Payments, it is possible to manually issue the receipts for the open invoice requests, as well as correct a customer payables and receivables by issuing the payment note. Despite not having the same meaning as an invoice, a receipt is a document that confirms that an item or service was purchased/sold. On Invoicing Engine, you can issue receipts when creating an invoice if you select the Cash Invoice type. However, to include all possible scenarios, you can access the Receipts and Payments area and issue the receipts for the open invoice requests, besides being able to view the history for all receipts issued. You can also issue batch receipts for the same customer. To issue a customer receipt, follow these steps: To correct a customer's receipts and payments, you must issue a payment note and ensure the customer accounts adjustment. To create payment notes, follow these steps: On the generated document, you can confirm all information and include data regarding the payment method and the withholding.
