What is the default workflow of the requests?

By default, the requests workflow has the following states:

State Notes
New Initial
state, SLA start.Allows to create WOs
in the states New or In Progress.
In Progress Changes the state of the associated WO to In Progress.
Completed End of SLA.
Closed Final state, end of SLA.

Change the WO state to Closed.
Canceled Final state, end of SLA.

Changes the state of the associated WO to Canceled.
