How to create a collection activity from the current account?

If you wish to create a collection activity relative to a specific customer, performing them from the current accounts is faster, considering that the open items list is suggested automatically.

To create the collection activity from the current accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Access [Marketing & Sales / Purchases / Finance] | Payables and Receivables | Operations;
  2. Select the entity;
  3. Click the context menu CRM | New Activity;
  4. A window for a new collection activity is open with the open items list (from the selected customer) already filled in.
  5. Change the data suggested to create a new entity (optional);
  6. Finally, click Save.
