How to add maintenance plans to a work order?

One or more maintenance plans can be associated with a work order. By doing so, the tasks associated with these plans are also automatically associated with the work order.

To add a maintenance plan to a work order, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Work | Work Orders;
  2. Select the desired work order;
  3. Click Edit;
  4. On the Planned Work tab, add the desired maintenance plan(s);
  5. To view the task list for a plan, click on the additional options (three dots icon) in the maintenance plan row, then click on the Tasks option.

A work order cannot have duplicate maintenance plans.
