The expected end date of a request is calculated considering the priority level assigned and the start expected date.
The response time defined in the priority level is always converted to minutes, regardless of the selected time unit, so it is the same to define a response time as 1 day, 24 hours or 1440 minutes.
Example:
  1. The selected priority level defines that for all week days the response time is 5 days (7200 minutes)
    1. Expected date: 04/02/2020 17:22:50
    2. Expected end date: 04/07/2020 5:22:50
