What can we find in the technician's dashboard?

To always keep the technician updated regarding the work to be executed, the initial dashboard always presents the updated data and tasks.
Two types of dashboard are presented: the management dashboard and the operational dashboard.
Work Management Dashboard
This dashboard is divided in 3 sections:
- Number of work orders - number of work orders assigned to the technician on the current year
- Graph - presents by state, the number of work orders assigned to the technician
- Insight - the number of work orders with an SLA date ending on the current day.
Operational Dashboard
The operational dashboard presents the list of work orders assigned to the technician. The list is divided in 4 sections:
Older - all existent work orders up to the first day of the current week are presented
This Week - all work orders regarding the current week are presented
Next Week - all work orders regarding the following week are presented
Future - all work orders after the following week are presented
The data field used to place the records in each section is the expected data field.
