How to associate activities to entities and sales opportunities?

The CRM allows to associate activities to all entities supported by the ERP, Customers, Suppliers, Other Third Parties, identified in each maintenance by the context menu "CRM".

To associate an activity to an entity, follow these steps;

  1. Access Marketing & Sales | Sales | Customers;
  2. Create or select a customer;
  3. Select the context operation New Activity em CRM | New Activity;
  4. Select the activity and fill in the necessary information;
  5. Click Save.

You can also associate activities to entities by creating the activity and associating that activity to the necessary entities. The presented path is a variant that aims at making the operation easier.

From version SR3, when creating collection activities from the existent CRM context operations on the Operations w/o Current Accounts editor (in [Marketing & Sales / Purchases / Finances] | Payable and Receivables | Operations).

After selecting an entity, the corresponding Activity editor is loaded with the entity previously selected and its open items (whose account type allows the Coll. state).
