Here the different operational or management dashboards can be consulted.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In this case, you can see the number of requests and events for the current year, such as work orders,\u00a0Service Level Agreement (SLA) and costs, and you can compare these figures with the previous year&#8217;s data.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Below you can\u00a0see\u00a0the unresolved requests,\u00a0events\u00a0and work orders.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The insights area will provide you with certain business data to help the maintenance manager.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock kb_post_hidden_area '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Menu<\/h3>\n<div><span class=\"size\">On the left side, we can find the interface\u2019s main menu. <\/span> <span class=\"size\"> \u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Overview\u00a0 <\/b> -By clicking on Overview you have access to the main page of the interface and the different dashboards. Work\u00a0&#8211; In this option you will have access to all work orders and requests, as well as costs and preventive maintenance operations.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Requests <\/b> \u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0By selecting\u00a0Requests you will have access to all\u00a0requests created by you.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Assets <\/b> \u00a0&#8211; By clicking on this option, you can access the different assets of the company, from locations to equipment,\u00a0tools\u00a0and routes. You can also access the measurements used.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Parts and Inventory <\/b> \u00a0&#8211; In this section you can access all the information about the available parts and warehouses.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Workshops and Employees <\/b> \u00a0&#8211; By selecting Workshops and Employees you can see all the employees and workshops\u00a0that belong to\u00a0the team.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Suppliers and Customers\u00a0 <\/b> &#8211; Here you will find your list of Suppliers and Customers.<\/li>\n<li class=\" align-justify\"><b>Settings <\/b> &#8211; In this section you can change the different settings of the interface, such as the types of work orders that exist or the types of e-mails that can be sent. Here it is possible to see the users of each subscription, access the profile type&#8217;s own settings, change the\u00a0theme\u00a0and access the Help Center and Quick Guide.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><h2>Relevant Information<\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0lists\u00a0for creating,\u00a0viewing\u00a0and editing\u00a0requests\u00a0were designed to allow easy navigation between the different operations.<\/p>\n<h3>View and edit record<\/h3>\n<p>There is a line of behavior that is common to the different types of\u00a0operations:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You must access the desired list. For\u00a0example, <strong> \u00a0Work &gt; Work Orders<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>There are two ways to edit the record:\n<ul>\n<li>Directly from the list by clicking on the Pencil icon in the list entry;<\/li>\n<li>You can also edit from the record details by clicking on the <strong>View<\/strong> button in the bottom left-hand corner and then clicking on the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button in the record view.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If necessary and according to the user&#8217;s profile, the view screen also allows you to <strong> change the status <\/strong>of the record. Some of the entities that can have status transitions are Requests and Work Orders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the view screen it is also possible to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>View the associated attachments by pressing\u00a0 <strong> the clip-shaped button<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Copy the record and create another one just like it by using the <strong> button with the three dots<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the profile and the entity being viewed, on some screens you can find the <strong>Operations button <\/strong> . This button allows you to perform operations related to the entity, such as: Assign Technician, Report Labor, Report Consumption, among others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Create record<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>You must access the desired list. For example,\u00a0 <strong>Work &gt; Work Orders<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>To create a new record, simply press the <strong> \u00a0Create button <\/strong>in the lower right corner, thus opening a new\u00a0report\u00a0screen;<\/li>\n<li>Throughout the screen, you can find different icons that can help you fill in the desired fields. The <strong> \u00a0button with the question mark <\/strong>gives you information about the field to be described and the\u00a0 <strong> triangle button<\/strong> tells you which mandatory fields are missing;<\/li>\n<li>If you want to add attachments to the record, simply select the <strong> clip-shaped button <\/strong> \u00a0in the lower left corner;<\/li>\n<li>Clicking the\u00a0 <strong> Reset\u00a0button <\/strong> returns all fields to their original state as it was when you opened the screen;<\/li>\n<li>After filling out the fields, you have two options:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Save and New <\/strong> \u00a0&#8211; saves the record and the screen is cleared to create a new record;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save\u00a0 <\/strong> &#8211; saves the record and enters the view mode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Delete record<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>You must access the desired list.
