To ensure the correct use of all features, and to functionally manage the workflows, the administrator has the following roles\u00a0 available:<\/span>

  5. Requests Manager<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Work Manager<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Read only<\/span>
    \n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Each one of the roles has different permissions on the product.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    1. Administrator:\u00a0<\/strong>\n
        \n
      1. The administrator has access to all features in each product line, including the ability to invite new users;<\/li>\n
      2. Please note that only the Subscriber can invite new users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Technician<\/strong>\n
          \n
        1. View all the work orders he created and that are assigned to him;<\/li>\n
        2. Create work orders;<\/li>\n
        3. Delete the work orders he created and that are still not related to other entities;<\/li>\n
        4. Report costs to assigned work orders. Reporting costs includes:\n
            \n
          1. Report Labor<\/li>\n
          2. Report Consumptions<\/li>\n
          3. Report Misc Costs<\/li>\n
          4. Verifying Tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          5. Create failures to assigned work orders;<\/li>\n
          6. Create requisitions;<\/li>\n
          7. Edit and delete the requisitions he created and that are still not related to other entities;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          8. Requester<\/strong>\n

            1. Create requests;<\/li>\n
            2. Edit and delete the requests he created and that are still not related to other entities;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            3. Integrator\u00a0<\/strong>\n

                  1. Can only view or edit work orders for the workshops he\/she manages<\/li>\n
                  2. Can only view or edit work orders for assets for your access levels<\/li>\n
                  3. Can only record verifications\/costs\/measurement values\/downtime\/failures in assets you have access to<\/li>\n
                  4. Can only view work order requests for the workshops he\/she manages<\/li>\n
                  5. When creating work orders, can only select assets that he\/she has access to and workshops he\/she manages<\/li>\n
                  6. Can only view work orders for the workshops he\/she manages<\/li>\n
                  7. Can only view the preventive maintenance events for the workshops he\/she manages<\/li>\n
                  8. If the request type does not have a default Workshop defined, the work manager sees all requests of that type
                    \nIf the request type has a default Workshop defined, the work manager only sees requests where he is the workshop manager<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  9. Read only<\/strong>\n
                      \n
                    1. Can only view the information (work orders, preventive maintenances, requests, etc.)<\/li>\n
                    2. Cannot create, edit or remove records<\/li>\n
                    3. Can add fields and edit list filters<\/li>\n
                    4. Cannot select this role on the menu<\/li>\n
                    5. The Subscriber cannot have this role<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
