The dashboard\u00a0Costs<\/b>\u00a0<\/b>shows\u00a0metrics and indicators<\/b>\u00a0<\/b>related to the recording of costs in\u00a0work orders.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

To access this dashboard, click on the icon\u00a0Applications<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>in the top left corner of the header, and then on the option\u00a0Analytics<\/b>. A tab will open with\u00a0<\/span>all the dashboards provided by Cegid Valuekeep. On this page, click on\u00a0Costs<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Information available<\/h2>\n
Through this dashboard, you can see a range of data related to the recording of costs, divided into\u00a08 tabs:<\/b><\/div>\n

1. Summary<\/b><\/div>\n
Here, the KPIs are shown with the\u00a0sum:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • of all the costs of the 3 types (labour, consumables and miscellaneous costs);<\/li>\n
  • of all labour costs;<\/li>\n
  • of all consumable costs;<\/li>\n
  • of all miscellaneous costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    The graphs show:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • monthly maintenance costs by category;<\/li>\n
    • costs by type of work order;<\/li>\n
    • 5 main total family costs;<\/li>\n
    • 5 total costs by location function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Filters<\/h2>\n
                    In any tab, you can change the filters using the option\u00a0Edit filters<\/b>. You should bear in mind that<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
                      \n
                    • The filter\u00a0Company\u00a0<\/b>only shows the companies to which you have access;<\/li>\n
                    • In the filter selector you can only select data with dashboard records;<\/li>\n
                    • The data on the dashboards is updated at the end of the day;<\/li>\n
