A route is a set of assets (locations, equipment or tools) to be used together in maintenance operations.<\/div>\n

Cegid Valuekeep has <\/span>two<\/span><\/b> route <\/span>concepts<\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Static<\/span><\/span><\/b> Routes<\/b>: the administrator selects the<\/b> associated assets<\/b> with or without a filter by function\/family\/brand\/model;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Dynamic Routes<\/span><\/span><\/b>: the administrator does not select assets<\/b> but defines the function\/family\/brand\/model.<\/span><\/span> He can also define whether to\u00a0\u00a0 include the elements of sub-entities<\/b> (roles\/families).<\/span><\/span> This route type does not allow you to choose specific assets,<\/b> and must have at\u00a0 least one function, family, brand, or model<\/b> associated with it.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To create routes, follow these steps:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    1. Go to Assets | Routes<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Click on Create<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Enter a route Description<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Fill in the Location Function<\/b> (optional). With this field filled in, you can only select locations that have the function of the selected location;<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Set the route Family <\/b>(optional). If you fill this field in, you will only be able to select equipment\/tools that have the family selected;<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Choose the Brand <\/b>(optional). With this field filled in, you can only select equipment\/tools that have the selected brand;<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Select the Model <\/b>in question (optional). If you fill this field in, you will only be able to choose equipment\/tools that have the model selected;<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Click on Save and New<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      There are no restrictions<\/b> when defining a route as static or dynamic.
