You can select multiple assets;<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Work Orders<\/strong> section, select the work orders for which you want to perform the <strong>same operation<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Select the operation to perform:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Change State<\/strong>: after selecting the WOs, in the <strong>Change State \/Print<\/strong> section, select the <strong>new state<\/strong> you want to assign to the WO and click the <strong>Change State<\/strong> button;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Print<\/strong>: after selecting the WOs, in the additional actions, click <strong>Print<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change State and Print<\/strong>: after selecting the WOs, in the <strong>Change State\/Print <\/strong>section, select the <strong>new state<\/strong> you want to assign to the WO and, in the additional actions, click <strong>Change State and Print<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Assign: <\/strong>after selecting the WOs, in the <strong>Assign\/Unassign<\/strong> section, select the employees for the WO assignment and, in the additional actions, click on <strong>Assign<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unassign<\/strong>: after selecting the WOs, in the <strong>Assign\/ Unassign<\/strong> section, select the employees you want to remove from the WO assignment and, in the additional actions, click on <strong>Unassign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operations are processed in the <strong>background<\/strong>, so you can continue to use the system;<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>processing states <\/strong>can be checked at any time;<\/li>\n<li>When processing is complete, it will display a <strong>notification<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Print<\/strong> and <strong>Change States and Print<\/strong> operations, the WOs will only be printed <strong>when processing is complete<\/strong>. You can download them in the <strong>Notifications<\/strong> area;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock post_content_tip_red '   itemprop=\"text\" ><blockquote>\n<p>In <strong>batch state changes<\/strong>, <strong>it is not possible to add justification<\/strong> for the state transition or to <strong>record the user responsible<\/strong> for the operation.
