The message will also be <strong>copied<\/strong> to associated requests.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance Team<\/strong>: the message <strong>will only be visible to the user<\/strong> who created it, <strong>maintenance managers<\/strong>, or assigned <strong>technicians<\/strong>.
