It is necessary to configure the company’s general and accounting data<\/strong>, as well as defining the legal reports<\/strong> you want to process in Fiscal Reporting.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Configure Company<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Company information is configured and managed in Cegid Fiscal Automation.<\/p>\n

It is important to configure this information to fully use all Fiscal Reporting features, namely the automatic submission of declarations.<\/p>\n

To configure the company, please, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. In Fiscal reporting, click on the Applications<\/strong> icon available in the header and then on Fiscal<\/strong> Automation<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  2. From the menu, go to Companies and edit the company you want<\/li>\n
  3. In the General<\/strong> tab, indicate the company\u2019s TIN<\/strong> and the company\u2019s Password<\/strong> for accessing the TA portal.<\/li>\n
  4. On the Certified Accountant<\/strong> tab, enter the TIN<\/strong> of the certified accountant associated with the company and their Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click on Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Passwords are encrypted<\/strong> and recorded in a totally secure way to ensure data protection and privacy.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

    Add Legal Maps<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    In the company configuration, it is possible to add all the reports you want to process through Fiscal Reporting.<\/p>\n

    To configure the company\u2019s legal obligations please, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Configurations | Companies;<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Click on the See<\/strong> icon to edit the company.<\/li>\n
    3. In the Maps<\/strong> section, click on Add<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
    4. Select the declaration type <\/strong>and fill in the start date<\/strong> of use (i.e. the start of the 1st period you intend to process).<\/li>\n
    5. Click on Send<\/strong> and then on Apply Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
