When a work order (WO) is in a state that allows to record costs, it is possible to record material consumption.

However, before registering, you should note that:
  • it is only possible to register consumptions if the WO status allows cost registration;
  • it is only possible to select warehouses from the company for which it was registered in the requisition;
  • it is only possible to register a quantity equal to or less than the one selected in the Requisition.
  • the Workshop manager to whom the WO belongs can create, edit, and delete logs by the technician;
  • with the Technician profile, if the warehouse has access restrictions, when adding a part to the requisition only the  warehouses without access restrictions and those to which the technician in question has access are displayed.
To report material consumption, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Work | Work Orders;
