From a preventive maintenance event, you can create a work order automatically or on user request.
Automatically
- for the Work Order to be automatically generated on the preventive maintenance file, the state in which the work order is created must be defined, on the field "WO State". The automatic rescheduling service must be active.
- On the day of the event, when the service is executed, the work order associated with that event will be created.
On User Request
- to create the Work Order manually, the user must access the preventive maintenance events list "Work | Preventive Maintenance Events".
- Select the event and, on the link "Operations", select "Create Work Order".
To create the work order, you must consider the following rules:
- It is only possible to create the work order for events that are active;
- It is only possible to create the work order for events with no work order;
- It is only possible to create the work order if the previous event has an associated work order;
