Creating new versions allows you to improve preventive maintenance by reusing the current configuration. To create a version, access Work | Preventive Maintenances;
- The list of preventive maintenances will be displayed;
- Select the preventive maintenance and press the View option. You can only create a new version for preventive maintenances on the “Approved” state;
- On the Operations link, select the option New Version. This new version is created and the record is loaded to the screen;
- Click Edit, make the necessary changes and press the Save button.
When creating a new version must consider the following points:
- The new version is created in the “New” state;
- When the new version changes to the "Approved" state, the previous version changes to the "Replaced" state.
When clicking the New Version option, the preventive record is created immediately and is then available for editing.
If you wish to discard the changes in this version before approving, click the Delete icon and the new version will be deleted.
