Managing preventive maintenance events allows you to create Work Orders for each preventive maintenance event. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Work | Preventive Maintenance | Prev. Events Management;
  2. Filter the data by Preventive MaintenanceWorkshopStart and End DateLocationEquipmentTool and/or Route (optional);
    Note: the start and end dates correspond to the expected date of the event;
  3. Click on Apply;
  4. Preventive maintenance events are displayed;
  5. Select the events for which you want to create the Work Order;
  6. Click on Create WO or Create WO and Print. If you chose the second option, you can select the double-sided printing type.
Work orders are only printed when processing is complete. When this happens, the Manager is notified and can download the printing in the Notifications area.
If you want to verify the processing's current status, click on View Status at any time or on the link available in the notification.
