When you create a preventive maintenance with meters and the configured meter in the maintenance plan has meter  readings, when you approve the preventive maintenance and generate the events the commutative meter reading in the event  starts at the higher value than the current meter reading. In other words, in preventive maintenance with a meter, events  generated between the initial value of the plan and the current value of the meter are discarded.
