How can I see the Consumables list?

The maintenance manager can check all the Consumables records associated with a work order.

You can access this list at Work | Explore Costs | Consumables or search for Consumables in the search bar in the header.

The consumables list has the following criteria:

By default, only the consumables records for the current quarter.
The list is sorted in descending order of the scheduled date of the work order.
From the list, you can access the work order display screen.
You can search within the list. By default, the filter selected is Consumable Record, Work Order, Description, but you can change it.

This feature is available for Administrator and Work Manager.

Consumables records can be made using work orders.
