How do I see the Downtime dashboard?

The dashboard Downtime shows metrics and indicators related to asset downtimes. 
 
To access this dashboard, click on the Applications in the top left-hand corner of the header, and then the Analytics option. A tab will open with all the dashboards provided by Cegid Valuekeep. On this page, click on Faults

Information available

Through this dashboard, you can see a range of information on downtime, divided into 4 tabs.
 
1. Summary
Here, the KPIs are shown on:
  • Time needed: multiplies the number of days by the amount of working time;
  • Availability timeTime needed - Downtime;
  • Downtime: Sum of downtime;
  • Avail./Time requiredTime available / time required;
To help interpret the data, you can find in the graph information on uptime and downtime per month.
 
In addition, three graphs are shown with the 10 locations, devices and tools unavailable.
 
2. Locations
Graphs are shown with the:
  • Time required, uptime and downtime;
  • Downtime by location function;
  • Uptime per month and year.
3. Device
Graphs are shown with the:
  • Time required, uptime and downtime;
  • Downtime by location function;
  • Uptime per month and year.
4. Tools
Graphs are shown with the:
  • Time required, uptime and downtime;
  • Downtime by location function;
  • Uptime per month and year.

Filters

In any tab, you can change the filters using the option Edit filters. You should bear in mind that
  • The filter Company only shows the companies to which you have access;
  • In the filter selector, only data with dashboard records is visible;
  • Dashboard data is updated at the end of the day.
