How to use spare parts?

In an equipment, tool or location, you can associate spare parts.

Associate Spare Parts

To associate them, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Menu in the option "Assets" - "Location" / "Equipment" / "Tools"
  2. Edit or create "Location" / "Equipment" / "Tools"
  3. On the Spare Parts tab, you can add a Part and the corresponding quantity, you can also add a remark

If you change the base unit of the spare part for a location, equipment or tool, that change will only be reflected on new records or on existing records, if you change those.
