It is possible to define the global parameters for the solution; the following settings are available:
- Default language: allows you to set the default suggested language in all situations where it is not clear which specific language should be used;
- Maintenance Plans: allows you to enable/disable the maintenance plans executed by the software;
- Authentication Type: allows you to set the type of authentication to be used (authentication with Cegid Account, Standard authentication or Mixed Authentication – Standard and Windows);
- Password Policy: allows you to change the security level and password expiry policy and disable either of the two options;
- System/Security Mode: allows you to define the behaviour of the solution with regard to permissions;
- Personalisation: allows access to shared folders , for example Attachments, using the credentials of each defined user. This feature is only available for attachments and payments in the Human Resources module;
- Email: allows you to configure the system email and set the authentication type to basic or modern (OAuth). If you are using modern authentication, after selecting the provider and entering the required authentication details, you should click Configure and follow the provider’s authentication steps (see article). You can also test the email sending settings using the Testbutton. This operation will send an email to the selected address;
- Web proxy: allows you to configure a proxy for communication with the AT and other entities;
- Authentication type: allows you to define the type of authentication to use (authentication with Only with Cegid Account, Standard and Cegid Account or Standard, Cegid Account and Windows);
