How to transform external entities?

This feature allows to transform an external entity in any other type of entity supported by the application, allowing to quickly create customer, suppliers, unions, among others.

To transform an external entity, follow these steps:

  1. Access Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Resources | Tools | Transforms External Entities;
  2. Define the Entity to be transformed;
  3. Specify the resulting Type of Entity;
  4. Insert a new code for that entity;
  5. Define the Payment Condition, Payment Method and Receiving Method;
  6. Finally, click Process.

The external entity must be created on the target entity and be available on the system.
