How to integrate activities and contacts with Outlook?

On the Contacts and Opportunities module, it is possible to define the integration of activities and contacts on the Administrator Outlook.

Integrate activities

To integrate an activity on Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Access Start | PRIMAVERA | Administrator;
  2. Select the option Users;
  3. Fill in the email address to all system users;
  4. Access Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Activities;
  5. Edit or create an activity;
  6. Select the option Integrate with Outlook;
  7. Click Save;
  8. confirm that the activity was added.

Integrate contacts

To integrate a contact on Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Access Start | PRIMAVERA | Administrator;
  2. Select the option Users;
  3. Fill in the email address of all the users in the system;
  4. Access Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Contacts;
  5. Edit or create a contact;
  6. Select the option Integrate with Outlook;
  7. Click Save;
  8. In the message presented by Outlook, confirm that the Contact was added.

The email field associated to the PRIMAVERA system user must be the same as the Outlook email account.
