How to set up the company parameters from the Contacts and Opportunities module?

To set up the Company Parameters from the Contacts and Opportunities module, follow these steps:

  1. Access Administrator | Company | Contacts and Opportunities | Company Parameters;
  2. Define all the desired fields:
    - Contacts: When associating a contact to an entity defined as a Natural Person, indicate how some of the contact fields will be filled in. If the option is selected, you should select the contact type to associate;
    - Activities: In the field Calendar, define the scheduling system to be used: Outlook; Google or none, if the Scheduling system if of the "Google" type.
  3. In the Administrator access Security | Users | User;
  4. In the Logins tab, create a new Login associated and indicate the following information:
    - Login type: Google Calendar;
    - Login: Gmail username;
    - Password: Gmail;
    Note: From any device with internet access or prepared to read the Google Calendar format (smartphones), it is possible to see the scheduled activities.
  5. In the Email sending field, define the email system used: Outlook or Other Email System;
    Note: If the system used is Other Email System, in the ERP in User | Preferences | Email select the option Other Systems in order to define the email account.
  6. Access Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Resources | Tables| Activity Types;
  7. Define the activity types in the field Template to customize and configure the company's internal/external communications;
  8. In the Documents Generation chart (Sales Opportunities), specify the document types that will be used to generate documents in the Sales Opportunities proposals;
    Note: If the Shows the generated document before saving option is active, the documents generated in the Sales Opportunities will always be available in the editor before saving the document.
  9. Finally, click Save.

When setting the Activity Types (Marketing & Sales | Contacts and Opportunities | Resources | Tables| Activity Types), you can set HTML templates for activities of the Email type. This way, each company can customize and configure their internal/external communications.
